Day 16

On the 16th day of my re-invigorated willpower focus aimed at dropping some serious poundage... I allowed myself to consume something in the neighborhood of 1500 calories. I think I was really hungry by the time dinnertime rolled around... but still, I have completely avoided snacking... If I only did that, that is, avoid snacks... I think weight would eventually drip off my like melted wax on a candle. Sill, I am in a hurry to really jump-start this program... so tomorrow... I will try to get back to the neighborhood of 1000 calories.
