So today is Day 1 (again)
I ate reponsibly • 945 calories
Recently I have been gorging on 1000+ calorie breakfasts
I am nearing 65 years old in November
I will not get an unlimited number of opportunities to get healthy
This year I want to be well on my way to health by my birthday mid November
We'll see
One day in a row is not particulary amazing.
