ELKHART, INDIANA (DAY 73)
On Wednesday I let my appetite take control.
I have been trying to keep my calories in the neighborhood of 1000.
On Wednesday, I think I left my neighborhood and went into the neighboring town.
My walk was curtailed by rain. Still I managed a four mile hike in Elkhart, Indiana.

DAY 36
Another day, low calorie consumption, day 36
I peeked at my weight on Monday morning, and if the scale was working correctly, I am now 256 lbs.
Considering that I was 283.6 lbs on July 31 - I have accomplished much in a short time.
Still a long way to go.

DAY 30
Another boring post.
Another day when I did what I had to do.... that is, keep my calories low.
I had a tradeshow in downtown Chicago all day.
It is the one day of the year that I can take the bus to work.
I brought shorts with me, and to return home, I walked home.
I made it a 4 mile urban hike.
Low calories, a bit of real exercise.
A perfect day.
