SORRY. WE'RE OPEN.

The GREAT AMERICAN GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN of 2018 is over. It lasted a bit longer than the GREAT AMERICAN ECLIPSE of last summer. If you were not paying attention, the whole thing was over before you realized it.

So, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, what was the point of this? I hope that you feel good that  you inconvenienced some Americans and tourists who might have wanted to enjoy our National Parks this past weekend.

Our President, the man with nerves of steel did not buckle as you had hoped. He fought back and tweeted all weekend, shining a light on the Democrat Party and where there priorities are. The American people were not quite as stupid as you expected, and they could figure out precisely who was responsible for this useless, pointless 'shutdown.'  Another victory for Donald Trump. He really is winning often. Just as he predicted he would.

The US Government is open for business. It's too bad that includes the Democrats.

SH*THOLE COUNTRIES

OK, let's say that President Donald Trump did ask (obviously rhetorically) Why does the United States take all these immigrants from shithole countries? (or something like that)  If he did say it, it was said within the confines of a private meeting. It was not meant for public consumption. If he did say it, then Senator Dick Durbin is a jerk for announcing to the world that it was said. (Don't worry, Dick Durbin, no matter what you are still a jerk anyway)  What public leaders say in private is not a reflection of how they act. It takes a over-educated, brain-washed New York Times reader to be unable to differentiate between what is publicly said and what is publicly done.

Actual Americans, those that do not think that the Bible is published every day under the banner of The New York Times know exactly what was meant by this (obviously crude) remark, that is, if it was indeed said at all and in private. Why don't we make efforts to accept as immigrants some of the best and brightest people who can immediately contribute to our country? I believe some of the most elite universities in our country discriminate and accept the best people available. I believe some of the most elite companies in our country discriminate and accept the best people available. Are you telling me that if an unemployed and unemployable person and a distinguished highly regarded doctor or engineer are applying for immigration status to our country - they are regarded equally?  Does this really make sense? Does our immigration policy ever regard the person individually? Are any efforts made to accept into our country some of the best and brightest that are clamoring to join us? I don't know. This is an honest question

NO HUMAN BEING IS ILLEGAL

Are democrat leaders in Congress stupid, or do they just think that we are stupid?  The DNC Chairman on May 1st was quoted as saying that 'no human being is illegal.'  OK, what does this mean? Is it NOT ILLEGAL for someone to overstay their visa? Is it not illegal for someone to trespass on someone else's property? Is it not illegal to break a law, even if you disagree with the law? For example, is it not illegal, to fail to stop at a stop sign? I have proof that this is the case. Nearly two years ago, I received a ticket for precisely that. My failure to properly stop at the stop sign DID NOT MAKE ME ILLEGAL, but the failure to come to a complete stop was illegal. Is this concept really so challenging for Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez to understand? I am guessing it is not. But I do think that he thinks that the people hearing him speak are too stupid to understand. You know what? He may be right after all.

So in conclusion, I will happily state for the record that I agree that 'no human being is illegal'.
I would like to add other deeply intellectual thoughts: no human being is a beach ball, no human being is a flower, no human being is a deity (with respect to about half my fellow Americans, I mean except Barack Obama)

I would also like to state that human beings are capable of doing illegal things. For example, traveling to a country and establishing residency without permission.  You don't believe me?  Try doing that in Mexico. (or any other country and be sure to let me know how that worked out.)

DNC Chairman Claims ‘No Human Being Is Illegal'
TED GOODMAN

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez spoke at an immigrant and workers rally outside of the White House Monday.
“The Democratic party will always be here, fighting for you,” Perez told the group Monday afternoon. “The Democratic party is here, fighting for you.”
Perez asserted that the Democratic party and the immigrant community share the same values, centered around diversity. He claimed that “our nation’s diversity is our greatest strength.” He also expressed frustration with the current president, who he would not mention by name.
“Our most important power is not the mister in the White House, I can’t even mention his name, the power is with all of you,” Perez said, before extolling the power of big labor, which was present at the march in solidarity. “No human being is illegal, we must treat everyone with dignity,” Perez continued, as he switched between English and Spanish for the crowd.
The protest outside of the White House, which grew to a few thousand by the dinner hour, was a part of nationwide May Day protests. The day is recognized around the globe as the international version of Labor Day.
“We will be fighting for racial justice, economic justice, and moral justice,” Perez said, listing off a plethora of talking points.
Perez said he spent over ten years with Casa Maryland, one of the groups organizing the May Day protest. Perez was approached by The Daily Caller News Foundation with questions but declined to comment.

DID HE REALLY SAY THAT?

Perhaps you heard that Ben Carson recently compared SLAVES to IMMIGRANTS. Naturally, the lefty, liberal intellectuals pounced on him. They couldn't believe what a stupid thing that was to say. Perhaps you agree. Here is a direct quote:

Yeah, CNN... They smelled a good news story... They found Carson's comments 'controversial'

"So life in America was not always easy.  It wasn’t always easy for new immigrants.  Certainly it wasn’t easy for those of African heritage who had not come here voluntarily, and yet in their own way were immigrants themselves.  There was discrimination and hardship and poverty.  But, like you, they no doubt found inspiration in all those who had come before them.  And they were able to muster faith that, here in America, they might build a better life and give their children something more."

Now if you hate Donald Trump and hate Ben Carson you might heartily agree that that the above quote is really quite ignorant. Let's face it, slaves were not immigrants. Can anything be any stupider than the above comment?  Come on, lefties, it's time for you to agree.  The above quote is moronic, right?

Well, I might be guilty of some misdirection here.  The above quote is from someone who is widely considered one of the smartest people to ever grace our planet: Barack Hussein Obama, speaking at a Dec. 15, 2015 naturalization ceremony at the National Archives.

FAKE NEWS. FAKE CONTROVERSEY. HATE SPEECH.
THE LEFT OWNS IT.
THEY BATHE IN IT.

SWEDISH FAKE NEWS

A recent 'tweet' from President Donald Trump

Give the public a break - The FAKE NEWS media is trying to say that large scale immigration in Sweden is working out just beautifully. NOT!

Why does the Swedish media, the world media and the American media find it necessary to hide the fact that recent immigrants to Sweden have not been effectively absorbed into the country?  Let's face it, no can dispute that Swedish values and the values of Muslims are similar. Right?

An idyllic evening in Sweden just two days ago
