STRANGER THINGS

I had been getting all my exercise for the past six weeks by walking and hiking outdoors. After missing a couple of days in a row, it just seemed like it was time to do something different. For the first time in weeks, I spent some time on the elliptical machine. The bad thing about that was that all my hardened callouses on the palms of my hands had completely disappeared over the past six weeks. After 97 minutes working the handles of the elliptical machine I developed some new annoying painful blisters on my hands which had healed so nicely over the summer. On the other hand (no pun intended) I started to watch a new Netflix series, STRANGER THINGS, and now I am completely hooked. I do not think that it will take me too long to get through this nine episode season.

A second session later in the evening had me back on the elliptical machine for an additional 97 minutes.
