President Trump wisely chose to skip the White House Correspondent's Dinner. Why would he want to be in the same room with a collection of people still bowing down to the memory of Barack Obama and mourning the electoral loss of Hillary Clinton in the last election? These elite snobs apparently think that calling Steven Bannon (adviser to Donald Trump) a Nazi is funny. I don't think find it particularly humorous. But then again, I did not go to an elite east coast college, like Harvard, so my sense of humor is surely not refined enough to find this funny. I am willing to live with my educational 'handicap'.
Hasan Minhaj’s Trump-bashing comedy routine at the White House correspondents’ dinner
Now a lot of people think Steve Bannon is the reason Donald Trump dog-whistles to racists. That is just not true. Ask Steve Bannon. Is Steve Bannon here? I do not see Steve Bannon. I do not see Steve Bannon. Not see Steve Bannon.Nazi Steve Bannon. Nazi Steve Bannon. .
Earlier this week, lefty lunatic loon, Chris Matthews referred to Trump as 'simian.' Wow, that's also a laugh riot. I bet the editors over at The New York Times are still guffawing at that one.
Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Hardball,” host Chris Matthews said President Donald Trump’s “boasts and bragging” was “simian,” adding it was like a “monkey banging with a stick.” Matthews said, “The ego here is — well it’s something. By the way, his teeth come out like it’s simian almost. It’s simian, like a monkey banging with a stick, You know, ‘I’m the biggest. I’m the biggest.’ Pounding his chest. It does have a simian quality to it, I mean primordial, I should say.”Perhaps I am wrong. Perhaps Chris Matthews had no intention of being funny. Perhaps this is simply an example of a deep thought by one of the pre-eminent lefty minds on cable TV.
I is probably weigh two stupid to understand why this comment is so clever.
