Wow, I was kinda looking forward to watching the returns from the 'First in the Nation' Iowa Caucus on Monday night. Well, the democrats in Iowa are so inept that the results were still unknown well into Tuesday. Yep, it's a great idea for these same geniuses to take over everything that they want to take over. Yikes!

Eating health(per) and cutting out chocolate and cookies and ice-cream and all the other garbage the helped me gain pound after pound after pound....
