My weight is back up to 220lbs. I am not happy about this. It appears that a few things are happening. I am undercounting my calories. I am overcounting calories burned from exercise. It is time to draw a line in the sand. 220 lbs is my line. I cannot allow myself to go beyond this point. I am going to really monitor my eating more carefully this week. I do not want to cross this line.
