7 days.
1 week.
after weeks and weeks and months and months of reverting to my ridiculous eating habits...
I logged 7 consecutive days having around 1000 calories per day.
It was like the 'good old' days of three, four years ago.
I even broke in my new fitbit versa.
I ate well.
I exercised with a brisk walk to Wrigley Field (to meet my daughter after the game - she works there)
My step total was above 10,000.
I walked more than 5 miles for the day.
I ate sushi.
I ate salad.
Yep, just like the good old days....
