limited by calories within the neighborhood of 1000.
Lately as I had gained more and more weight, and figuratively 'thrown in the towel'
I think I might have had a few days, when I ingested more calories in one day, than I did this week.
That might explain why I had gained so much weight?
Ya...think?
Are the 'fat pants' I have been wearing lately, and threatening to bust out of, starting to fit better?
Actually, I think so.
