FOX RIVER TRAIL

Monday morning took me to Elgin, Illinois to visit an eager customer who needed a lot of buttons. During my visit, I told my customer that I planned on hiking nearby at the conclusion of our meeting. As has happened at other stops, I received a suggestion where to hike and where to park.  I almost always accept these suggestions from people who know best what local hiking trails I should check out. By the time I had finished my afternoon which began on the Fox Valley Trail, I had logged fourteen miles.
