BACK OFF TRACK

I am back where I do not want to be. Out of control eating. And to top off this bad spiraling out of control, yesterday I did not walk, I did not spend time on the elliptical machine and I did not spend any time on the treadmill. I have been here before. Life would be simpler if I could avoid these derailments. Life is not simple. I will tell you this too. Blogging is far less fun when I am involved in a slow motion train wreck. It might be a good time to get going again.
