I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED THE LEAD PRESIDENT TRUMP

President Trump spent his first week in office beginning to make good on some of his campaign promises. I should have followed his lead. I wasted the week and did not effectively eat better and I did not lose any weight. There is a part of me that wonders why it is so difficult for me to get back on track. Why can't I harness the willpower that I so effectively used two years ago? My weight this morning, Saturday was 244.5 lbs. I am pretty disgusted with myself. President Trump did not waste his first week in the White House. I should have followed the his lead. I must now remind myself that anyone can change the direction of their life starting today.  One only needs to start.
