PROGRESS

It's winter.
It's been cold.
I have not walked or hiked as much as I would have liked.
The elliptical machine in my building is broken.
Although I will use the treadmill, I simply do not enjoy it.
Still, in my case, that my weight did not increase significantly this week.
That is progress
