SURVIVING THANKSGIVING WEEKEND

This is the time of year where it is so easy to eat, and overeat and then overeat some more. So, today, when I weighed myself and I found that I had gained two pounds over Thanksgiving, I will simply choose to think that I 'survived' with only two pounds gained. Of course, this is ridiculous. Denial almost always is.
