NEW FAVORITE GOOFY HAT

I always have to wear a hat when I am outside. In the summer, I wear a baseball cap to avoid sunburn on the top of my head. In the winter, I always have to wear a hat to keep my head warm. Last week I found my new favorite and highly goofy hat. This NFL Licensed product produced by 'New Era' fits snugly on my head and emulates the look of the leather football helmets from days gone by. I never would have purchased this for the full retail price of $24.99, but I was lucky to find just this one on sale for $6.99. At that price, I didn't hesitate. You don't have to tell me that I look goofy wearing this. I know it.

NFL Hall of Fame Sid Luckman of the Chicago Bears (1939-1950) wearing a leather helmet. It is hard to imagine how this protected a player. This is the style of helmet that my goofy hat is trying to emulate.
