After zipping around for about an hour in Peoria on the Segway last evening. I discovered when I dismounted from the machine that my legs felt a bit funny. It was the similar to the feeling that one feels when one comes ashore after being on a boat for awhile. On the Segway (top speed 12 miles per hour) one is basically standing in one spot for the whole time. It is very definitely an interesting way to travel.
