YouTube

YouTube.  What a great way to pass the time when working out on cardio equipment.  The assumption that I make is that everyone in the world knows what YouTube is - a video sharing website.   What is hard to believe is that it has been up and running for only 10 years having been made available to the public in November 2005.   During my past few workouts, especially at a YMCA with good wifi,  I have watched some terrific videos.   All one has do do is imagine something they want to see... and it usually there.   Recently I have watched  documentaries on Frank Zappa, Queen, Keith Richards and Jerry Seinfeld.  If one can get 'lost' with YouTube video while working out - the time can go really fast.
