TO ERR IS HUMAN, TO FORGIVE DIVINE

I have mastered the 'erring' part.
I have yet to take command of the 'divinity' part of this equation.

Here I am sidelined, on the 'dl' (disabled list) for awhile.  My current thinking is that I might have a hernia.  If I am correct this will require surgery. It was wishful thinking on my part to imagine that it was only a groin pull that was the source of my discomfort. Tomorrow, Monday, I will call my doctor to make an appointment.  My error yesterday was eating too much. Very Human. I will chose to forgive myself, not so much from any 'divine' reason - mostly it would simply be so unhelpful not to forgive myself. Therefore, I chose to forgive myself for consuming more than 3000 calories yesterday.
