SALT LAKE CITY

Yesterday I arrived in Salt Lake City, Utah.  The plane touched down around midday and there was time to take a six mile walk before I met up with my colleagues to set up our booth for International Quilt Market which will begin on Friday.  For the past two days, I have noticed something regarding the various twitches, and twinges I had been feeling in my abdominal area since my hernia surgery just over two weeks ago.  They're gone.  I am just about back to being myself.  The weight restrictions that have kept me from lifting anything more than 15 pounds will end by the end of this weekend. It appears that I am back.

In front of a Sinclair Gas Station was a DINO the Dinosaur.
